Miller-Keystone Blood Center will be accepting blood donations at the Carbon County Home, Business & Outdoor Expo at Split Rock Resort in Lake Harmony on Saturday and Sunday March 11th and 12th between 10 am and 3 pm.
New for 2017, donors can register online at www.carboncountyexpo.com or at www.giveapint.org and reserve donation times. Donors can also save time by completing the donor history questionnaire prior to your donation with iScreen from the registration page. All Donors will be given “free admission” to the Expo as a “Thank You” for their donation.
In order to donate blood, individuals must be 16 years of age or older, weigh a minimum of 110 pounds, feel healthy on the day of their donation & provide valid identification. Consent of parent/guardian is required for 16-year-old donors; additional donor eligibility requirements can be found at GIVEaPINT.org.
